Buildout users: Now, feed your listings straight into your branded app!

CRE Tech is happy to announce the completion of an important new connection. Thanks to the hard work of our development team and our partnership with Buildout, we can now display up-to-date Buildout-housed listings in our clients’ branded apps, automatically.

Without lifting a finger, your Buildout listings will display in your CRE Tech-created app or website. Your clients will select either a map view or list view to see all of your company’s listings, 24/7. 

Buildout provides necessary tools for producing and publishing marketing materials and works to streamline the property listing process. As part of these efforts, they allow for the establishment of an API connection with app developers such as CRE Tech. 

Now, by sharing a specific API code (string of numbers) with the CRE Tech development team, we are able to connect your app to your Buildout listings. And -- voila! – up-to-date listing info in your client’s hands.

Is your app displaying your current listings?
If not, it should be. Listing info is the number-one driver of client usage to CRE apps. And if your listings are already entered in a Buildout or Catylist SiteLink (paid) account, they can now feed straight into your CRE Tech-developed app for no additional charge.

This is a tremendous convenience over entering and updating listing info manually.
